Biography

Azizunnesa obtained DVM (2000), MS in Obstetrics (2002) and PhD (2016) from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh. She was Lecturer (2004-2007) and Assistant Professor (2008-2011) in the department of Medicine and Surgery, Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University. After that she was promoted as Associate Professor on 1 January, 2012 and continuing her job in the same department. Her research interests are animal reproduction, seminology and biotechnology. She has published a good number of research articles in reputed scientific journals of home and abroad.

Research Interest

Animal reproduction and biotechnology. The main interest to improve fertility in animal by applying assisted reproductive technology like oestrous synchronization, TCAI, LAPAI in sheep, semen preservation and evaluation etc and providing ultrasonography guided reproductive health management in small ruminant.
