Biography

Md. Anowar Parvez completed the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) and M.S in Medicine from the Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Chittagong, Bangladesh.

He joined as a Lecturer in the Department of Medicine and Surgery in CVASU in the year of 2013 and currently served as an Assistant Professor from 2015 to till date.

His research interests are in the areas Reproductive Biotechnology especially Multiple Ovulation and Embryo Transfer (MOET), In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Micromanipulations, Cloning, Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART).

Research Interest

My research experiences and interests cover the challenging issues of confirmative diagnosis and specific treatment of various diseased animal specially cattle, sheep, goat, dog, cat and poultry by Medically, Surgically and Theriogenologically through advanced diagnostic test such as coproscopy, skin scrapings, X-rays, blood samples analysis and ultra-sound.
I am particularly interested in the following:

1) Advanced Reproductive Biotechnology especially Multiple Ovulation and Embryo Transfer (MOET), In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Micromanipulations, Cloning, Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART).

2) Sample collection processing, transportation and preservation, biochemical, physiological, morphological and cultural characteristics, using microscope, to identify and classify microorganisms, common serological tests in ELISA, HI, CST and others molecular technique PCR as well as statistical analysis.
