Biography

Mohammad Abdul Alim is an academician with interests in teaching, research andtraining.He has received undergraduate (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) in 2009 and postgraduate degree (MS in Parasitology) in 2011 from Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU), Bangladesh. In 2018, he obtained PhD degree on Microbiology (research title:Characterisation of immune responses to mycobacterial infections in a murine model of type 2 diabetes) from Australian Institute of Tropical Health and Medicine of James Cook University, Townsville, Queensland Australia. Since 2010, he is serving as an academic staff at the Department of Pathology and Parasitology under the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of CVASU. His research interest includes tuberculosis-diabetes co-morbidity, mycobacterial infections, molecular and zoonotic parasites.
