Biography

Monsur Ahmad received Bachelor of Food Science and Technology (BFST) degree from Faculty of Food Science and Technology, Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Khulsi, Chittagong. He also received M.Sc. in Food Chemistry and Quality Assurance under the Department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology. He joined as a Lecturer in the Department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology, Faculty of Food Science and Technology, Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU) in 2015. His research interests are in the areas of Analytical Food Chemistry, Food Safety, and Food toxicity.
