Ms. Nilufa Yeasmin
Nilufa yeasmin received the B. Sc (Hons.) in Food science and Technology and M.Sc in Food processing and Engineering from Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Chittagong, Bangladesh.
She joined as a lecturer in the dept. of Applied food Science and Nutrition, CVASU in 2015. Her research interests are in the areas of nutrition, diet counseling, nutritional disorder, new product development and toxin evaluation in food products.
