Biography

S. M. Mokaddes Ahmed Dipu achieved his Master of Business Administration (MBA)and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Chittagong.He also completed three international exchange programs in Political Economy, Cross Culture Management and International Business Management at Hong Kong University, Siam University and Burapha University respectively during his graduation tenure.He iscurrently serving as a Lecturer of Marketing at the Department of Agricultural Economics and Social Sciences at Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University. Prior to joining the academia, he worked for Unilever Bangladesh Ltd. and Airtel Bangladesh Ltd. for 4 years.While working in distribution, customer development and indirect sales in different MNCs, he grew a special interest in agribusiness and marketing.His research interests include agribusiness management, agri-marketing and IT, value chain management, distribution and consumer marketing. Histeaching philosophy comprises six guiding principles: 1) Respect, 2)Accountability & Responsibility, 3) Bias for Learning & Action, 4) Building Talent & Team, 5) Pioneering and6) Integrity.
