The students are expected to interact with their course teachers and instructors for developing their course understanding.
Code of conduct
Code of conduct is the principle that dictates the students how they should operate and behave in campus life. These codes include high moral and ethical standards; respect and tolerance; honesty and integrity; discipline; obedience to the university rules and regulations; community and environmental welfare; and fair competition. It is highly expected that students behave in such a way that a peaceful harmonious atmosphere exists on the campus. Proctor office is supervising and controlling authority in this regard and you may contact the Proctorial Body for any further clarification.

The students are advised to communicate with the proctor office for any such incidences. CVASU expects all members of its community to treat each other with respect, politeness, and consideration.
Academic Dress Codes
Students should wear a smart but comfortable dress in theory classes while they should wear a lab coat (white apron) in the laboratory and academic year-specific clinical uniform in the Hospital. Furthermore, internship students must wear scrub suits during handling patients in the hospital. Students are recommended to use full covered shoes rather than slippers during working in Teaching Veterinary Hospital.
Academic Integrity and Plagiarism
Academic integrity or academic honesty is the basic foundation of academic and career life. It includes the attitude, behaviour, and actions in an academic environment while seating for exams, doing researches, preparing assignments, presenting, or creating a project. Honesty, trust, respect, fairness, and responsibility are the five crucial values you have to maintain during your academic life. Moreover, academic integrity is the commitment to live by these values. On the other hand, Plagiarism is an aspect of academic integrity, which is to use, steal or represent anyone’s ideas, words, data, or products as your own ideas, words, data or products or using those without giving proper credit to the original author/s. Non-compliance with these rules will mean a breach of academic integrity. Any proven evidence of ‘Lack of Academic Integrity’ may bring the student under the Disciplinary Action as per University Policy.
