Ms. Nilufa Yeasmin is a Assistant Professor under the department of Applied Food science & Nutrition, Chattogram Veterinary & Animal Sciences University (CVASU). She has successfully completed B.Sc. (Hon's) in Food Science and Technology from CVASU. She has completed her MS in Food Processing & Engineering, MS in Applied Human Nutrition & Dietetics from CVASU, Bangladesh.
Ms. Nilufa Yeasmin has experience to food processing, product development, Food quality control, food safety, heavy metal detection, antioxidant, bioactive compound determination, diet plan for specific disease, pediatric nutrition, public health nutrition, nutritional epidemiology etc.
