“প্রকল্পটি বাস্তবায়ন কার্যকাল ছিল ৮ বছর ৬ মাস। ৫ জন প্রকল্প পরিচালক দায়িত্ব পালন করেন। ৫ বছর ৪ মাসে ১২% কাজ সম্পন্ন হয়। ইঞ্জি. জয়নাল আবেদীন ৩ বছর ২ মাস সময়ে ৮৮% কাজ সম্পন্ন করেন। তিনি দক্ষতার সাথে প্রকল্পটির বাস্তবায়নের দায়িত্ব পালন করেন”।
5) Conveynor of visiting programme of VVIP state guest H'nble President of the Turkey Republic Mr. Soleman Demeral on the 28th March, 1997 at Anderkilla Shahi Jame Mosque (which was established during Mughal Emperor) in a historical day - Silver Jubilee independence day of Bangladesh.
