My research interests lie at the intersection of infectious and zoonotic diseases, foodborne pathogens, and food safety, with a particular focus on leveraging molecular biology and biotechnology for innovative disease control and prevention strategies. I aim to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying pathogen transmission from animals to humans, especially in food systems, and to develop advanced diagnostic tools for rapid, precise pathogen detection. By applying biotechnological approaches to analyze pathogen evolution, resistance, and adaptability in diverse environments,
