I am involving with research on: nutrition throughout life focused on scientific advances in promoting growth, resilience, and survival; the impact of diet on metabolic health; population-based epidemiologic studies and intervention trials; public health and nutrition. I am also very interested in how diet, nutrition, and diseases are linked by the use of objectively measured nutritional biomarkers and metabolomics approaches.
