As a dedicated Lecturer in the Department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology under Food Science & Technology faculty at Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU), I am passionate about shaping the future of food science and technology. My journey in academia is fueled by a love for research and the desire to make a meaningful impact in the world of food safety, quality assurance, and sustainable food practices.

With an MS in Applied Chemistry & Chemical Technology, specializing in Food Chemistry & Quality Assurance, I focus on teaching the next generation of food scientists, equipping them with the necessary tools to understand food processes, chemical properties, and safety protocols. I firmly believe in blending theory with practical application, ensuring students not only excel in their exams but also develop real-world skills.

In addition to my teaching role, I actively engage in research to explore innovations in food technology, improve food product quality, and promote sustainable practices in food production. Through my involvement in multiple research projects, I aim to advance our understanding of food safety and nutrition, driving improvements in both the academic and industry sectors.

I’m proud to have received the Dean’s Award for my academic excellence, which is a testament to my dedication and passion for food science. I continually strive to foster a learning environment that encourages collaboration, critical thinking, and a commitment to innovation.
